Legislative Proposals
The Virginia State Crime Clinic takes an active role in the legislative process in Virginia by working with members of the General Assembly on issues concerning the criminal justice system. Through this program the crime clinic has assisted in the creation of several innovative programs and has brought about important changes in the laws of the Commonwealth.
